Do I need to have an email address?

A valid email address and phone number is needed to place an order online. If you do not have a valid email address, you can place your order by calling Saturday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. GST.

 

What is the order cancellation policy?

Your Zippo order is processed immediately; therefore, we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations.
